Plainly: what data the site receives, why, where it is kept and how to have it deleted.

What we receive
Only what you type into the consultation form: your name, phone number, country (optional), the topic you chose and a message (optional). With the request we see the site language and the page it was sent from. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
Why
To call or message you on WhatsApp and answer your question about courses, studies, visas or a trip. The site does not pass the data to advertising networks or use it for mailings.
Where a request goes
The request is delivered to the centre’s private staff chat in Telegram through the Telegram Bot API, so the data passes through Telegram’s servers. If you write to us on WhatsApp or call, those services’ own rules apply.
How long it is kept
The request stays in the staff chat for as long as it is needed to answer you and keep in touch. You may ask us to delete it — write to us using the contacts below.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you and have it corrected or deleted — write or call us using the contacts below.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Общество с ограниченной ответственностью "Образовательный центр "Амаль ЮКей" (Bishkek, Osh). Your rights in the processing of personal data are set by the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Personal Information”.
